Study The Present Situation And Countermeasure To Classification Examination Reform In Jiang Xi

July 29, 2010, The State Council issued "Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)," the strategy that “gradual classified examination, comprehensive evaluation, and multiple enrollment system", was put forward for the enrollment system reform of higher education in the plan. April 2013, the Ministry of Education issued "Guidance on promoting the reform of enrollment system for higher vocational education actively," which called the higher vocational education focused the exploration to the evaluation methods of "Knowledge + Skill", which fully reflects the demand of higher vocational colleges to choose Technical talent. Since 2013, Jiangxi, Fujian, Shandong, Shanxi, Hunan and Gansu provinces have also joined the ranks which carrying out the pilot reform of classifying the entrance exam. To this end, I selected Jiangxi Province to carry out the research to the reform of Classifying the entrance exam, expecting to be helpful for the reform of classifying the entrance exam scientifically.On the basis of concept definition and literature review,this study had inspected entrance examination system in the United States, France, Japan and Taiwan and other develeped countries （regions）and regions, and summarizes the characteristics and revelation: the reform of recruitment system is a gradual progress accompanied by the development of higher education; an important prerequisite for reform of recruitment system is a hierarchical classification of university; the reform of college entrance examination system is showing general characteristics, which is "unified and category"; recruitment system of vocational schools generally showed the feature of "both knowledge test and practical ability test "; an important trend in the reform of recruitment system is to be fully self-enrollment. Thus I believe that the overall objective of reform to entrance examination system,which is "classification test, comprehensive exam, multiple admissions", being raised at the present stage, is consistent with the overall trend of reform to the entrance examination system of university in the major developed countries, nowaday the enrollment refom of "category examination", which is a pilot implementation in Higher Vocational Colleges is similar to the enrollment way in simiar institutions.Secondly, I integrated the use of questionnaires, discussions and interviews, data collection to fully research the present situation of the reform of classification college entrance exam in Jiangxi province. The preliminary analysis of the survey results showed that: overal, the reform of college entrance examination has be advanced in Jiangxi province; where the number and ratio of examinee who apply vocational(specialist) singly has increased year by year, but the overall rate is not ideal, and the number and the ratio of the examinee who apply vocational(specialist) and colleges is stable at around 40%; the subjective choice of examinee to categories is consistent to the actual distribution, which show the truth of chioces from examinee; the high school which has be surveyed has opened IT and general technical courses generally, but the effect is not satisfactory; the authenticity of the scores in proficiency exam(Examination) in current high school is not ideal; high school students who have be surveyed generally showed dislike to discipline of English and fear hardship of mathematics, which can be considered in the future on the set of subjects and the arrangements of scores in the classification of the college entrance examination; the attitude of candidates for appllying vocational(specialist) singlely is more scientific, the psychological state of candidates who select vocational(specialist) and colleges is regular--- the consideration for insurance; The most effective way to propaganda information of the reform of entrance examination are schools, newspapers, TV, Internet and other media.According to analysis the data from interview research and relative reference research found that Jiangxi college entrance examination classification reform existing such problems. The main problems including five aspects:(1)from the level of high school:training mode and cirriculum in high school has not been timely adjust.(2)from the level of examinee:psychological stress and academic burden for examinee even increased.(3)from the level of the test:only part of examine subjects and contents attempt to reform.(4)from the level of recruit students:admission on the basis of cast archives to college is difficult to reflect professional intention.(5)from the level of colleges and universities:the quality of vocational education did not make it more attractive.Finally,in view of those problems,the author explore ways to slove them from two aspects,the one is the theory of the reform of the classification of college enreance exam,the other is the specific measures.Firstly,adhere to the guidance of scientific theories to the reform of the classification of college enreance exam in Jiangxi province. And then using the theory of multiple intelligences education as the basis to promote it.Moreover,according to the international standard classsification of education theories to reposition the property and status of higher occupation education.Secondly,the key to deepen and optimize the reform of the classification of college enreance exam in Jiangxi provincet is to do the works from the following five aspects:Firstly,from the level of high schools.The government need pay more attention to it and schools should strengthen the construction of technical courses.Secondly,from the level of examinee is to strengthen propaganda and enhance the students’ intrinsic motivation to choose Higher Vocational colleges.Thirdly,:from the level of examination.It’s necessary to optimize the subject and contents of examination and increase the proportion of professional skills tests.Fourthly,from the level of enrollment,we should reform its plan management and adjust the mode of the enrollment in Higher Vocational colleges.Fifthly,from the level of colleges and universities are to support the Higher Vocational schools to increase the training quality and encourage the trial of independent college enrollment in Higher Vocational colleges.
