With the national emphasis on youth health, we are giving more prominence to the importance of sports disciplines in school education. Young people are the future of our country and be responsible for the future development needs. Although the national economy has made rapid development, the national youth fitness is not optimistic, so, it should be worth considering which plays an important role in school sports. In light of present study, literature review, questionnaires, interviews, site visits, research methods of mathematical statistics and logical analysis are used to analyze the situation of physical education in Zunyi Shanpen town. The research select for 27 physical education teachers, 1044 students in 11 schools to conduct questionnaire surveys, after analysis of the results of the investigation, the conclusions are as follows:1. Education departments and schools lack of policy-oriented and specific management in school sports in Zunyi Shanpen town. Sports with a serious shortage of teachers, less full-time PE teachers, PE teachers is low education, gender, age structure is irrational and poor stability.2. Do not pay attention to sports facilities, school equipment, with a big gap with the national requirements, site facilities serious aging, physical classroom needs are not met. Starting rate is less than the national standard physical education, physical education occupied in serious condition. PE teacher more to "shepherd style" mainly, teaching content boring single.3. Extracurricular sports activities with poor implementation can not be guaranteed sunshine sports activities, sports competitions are carried with low frequencies in Zunyi Shanpen town.4. The survey found that the town of Zunyi Shanpen has a larger proportion, a low level of importance and the lack of relevant policies on school physical education of left-behind children.Made the following recommendations:1. Strengthen school sports work inspection and assessment, development, and improve school sports management system to effectively monitor and supervise school sports-related work, ensure school sports are implemented.2. Expand and improve the quality of school PE teachers, faculty stability and prevent brain drain. Emphasis on school sports facilities, increase sports funding, equipment needs to comply with national standards, improve sports equipment to meet the school physical education.3. Increase school-based teaching materials development, and meet the "new curriculum standards", teaching content should be rich and varied, while teaching content for the left-behind children should be treated differently. Carry out a variety of extracurricular activities and sports activities sun security, strengthen extracurricular sports guidance to ensure the quality of the students carrying out extra-curricular sports.4. Strict implementation of the "National Student Physical Health Standard" to develop a long-term mechanism for physical health. Strengthen the emphasis on left-behind children, establish left-behind children’s archives, develop and enforce the policy of left-behind children school sports strictly.
