Sports Town Of System Construction And Operation Research

In July 21 st 2016,the Ministry of Housing Urban-Rural Construction,the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance(hereinafter referred to as the "three ministries")jointly issued the construction village [2016] No.147 named Notice on the cultivation of small towns with characteristics.It is proposed that the cultivation of special small towns should be carried out throughout the country from day to day.With the support of various policies,Shandong Provincial Government actively explored and coordinated all kinds of resources and policies,issued the document[2016]No.149 named The implementation Plan of establishing a small Town with characteristics in Shandong Province.actively promoted the rapid establishment and development of small towns with local characteristics,in order to accelerate the development of related industries.Shandong Sports Bureau responded positively to the policy and actively promoted the establishment and development of small towns with sports characteristics in order to accelerate the development of sports industry.Linzi,as the birthplace of Qi culture,combined with the local cultural characteristics,built the town of Palan Cuju in Linzi,Shandong Province.To create a sports,leisure,tourism,shopping,education,folk culture as one of the integrated football town,but its construction and operation are unsatisfactory.Sports town as a new thing,how to plan,how to design,how to build,after the completion of how to operate,are still to be solved.This paper takes the special town of Palanjuju in Linzi,Shandong Province as the research case.First of all,using the method of literature,combing the information about characteristic town,characteristic town,sports leisure characteristic town,sports town construction and operation system in the past two years,as well as the relevant data of Shandong Province Linzi Palan Cuju characteristic town,to lay a theoretical foundation for further investigation.Secondly,through the field investigation method,personally involved in the operation of Linzi Paran Cuju characteristic town,has mastered a large number of first-hand information;Thirdly,through the investigation analysis,the author investigates thepersonal experience of the tourists who come to the small town for sightseeing,collates the analysis,provides the objective data support for the research conclusion;Finally,relevant government personnel at all levels,sports town experts,Linzi Paran Cuju town management personnel were interviewed by the method of expert interviews to provide support for the research results.Through theoretical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:The important significance of constructing sports characteristic town in the process of sports industry development in China at present stage is clarified.The location choice and local cultural characteristics of sports town construction are the most important factors influencing the development of small town.The construction and operation system of the sports town is the soul and core of the whole town.Perfecting the operation system after the construction of the small town will give full play to the role of the sports town.It is of great significance to promote the rapid integration of sports + tourism and the efficient development of sports industry in China.There are four difficulties in the construction and operation of sports towns in China,such as the lack of tipping point,the small number of participants,the lack of supporting activities and the lack of brand image.There are three problems in the construction and operation of Linzi Palanju town in Shandong Province:narrow publicity,lack of tipping point and less choice.According to the practical problems and shortcomings in the process of sports town operation in our country,this paper puts forward a clear support policy,a combination of policy,and a clear train of thought of operation.With the cultural packaging,excavate the small town tipping point,attract the participant,cooperate with the well-known sports company,perfect the construction and operation system plan of the three sports town of the supporting activities.
