In recent years, due to the national advocate, China’s vocational education has been considerable development. Vocational education becomes a social hot spot of the moment. As a new thing,undergraduate vocational education have appeared in many forms in China. As one of the colleges which held undergraduate vocational education earlier in China, how was the development of undergraduate vocational education in Yunnan University? Whether they have brought up qualified vocational talents or not? What kind of problems and dilemmas exist?In this study, through the interviews of teachers and students at school and graduate employment destinations statistics analysis of two grades in the Vocational and Continual School of Yunnan University, using a combination of literature, surveys, interviews and statistical analysis, conducting a thorough investigation from the training objectives, credits setting, curriculum, teaching ability training, practical ability training, practice and employment, in order to provide a meaningful reference for the future development of undergraduate vocational education.Survey results are as follows:(1) training objectives fuzzy;(2) there is no full implementation of the training objectives;(3) there is no theoretical support from vocational education;(4) does not meet the demand of market and society (5) faculty shortage. On this basis, the study examined the results of the survey by the case of Financial Accounting Education theoretically. In addition, this study also focused on the implementation difficulties with the current national policy on vocational education development, analyzing the insufficiency and difficulties existing in undergraduate vocational education of key universities. In the implementation of the policy:(1) autonomy obtaining dilemma;(2) difficulties to enhance the quality of personnel training.According these problems, we discussed the issue about key university held undergraduate vocational education. Shallow reform is giving this form of school relatively independent system, enhancing faculty, increasing training class hours, constructing internal and external training base, Strengthening school-enterprise cooperation. Deep-seated reform is suggesting that key university waiving undergraduate vocational education.
