Not only is the native language there is a crisis, the younger generation in the Naxi hard up, first in the world have lost the spirit, but also in terms of the national skills successors.Education can help save, innovation and development of minority culture and school education for the inheritance of ethnic culture is has a positive significance, but school education can not solely responsible for the responsibility, need to integrate diverse educational mode to promote the innovation and development of minority culture in. This paper is to Lijiang Naxi, for example, the importance of certain family, school, community education for the Naxi culture, heritage has, to public research organization of school education of the Naxi culture, heritage management present situation and the question as the center and focuses on the through radiation effects of school education to bring the family and community education to promote the Naxi cultural heritage education, the formation of the school, community, family, mutual cooperation and integration mode of education. And the members of the Naxi nationality not only to study the Naxi culture, develop the values of the nation’s feelings, attitudes and values, but also need to learn scientific and cultural knowledge in order to in the modern society to obtain better development, both of which are indispensable; and Han and other ethnic groups as appropriate to learn the excellent culture of the Naxi, is conducive to enhance the national equality and national unity consciousness. The innovation of this paper is to study the problem of the inheritance of minority traditional culture in Yunnan from the management of school..This research mainly consists of seven parts:the first chapter is the introduction, including research background, research significance, the related concept of the definition and theoretical basis, research ideas and research methods; the second chapter is the summary of the research, including the inheritance of ethnic culture and cultural and educational research, study of curriculum reform of national basic education, inheritance of ethnic culture and education management research; the third chapter Lijiang Naxi culture profile; chapter four educational heritage Lijiang Naxi culture status, including family education, community education, school education and inheritance of Naxi culture of the status quo.
