With the vigorous development of information technology, thebasic education in the country’s push and support of our country hasmade a great success. In2012the ministry of education promulgatedthe development plan of education informatization decade. It havepointed out the direction of the development of educationinformatization in the next ten years; In2013Shan Xi Province startedimplementing Shan Xi Province informatization promoting ordinance,which put forward the request for education informatization in ShanxiProvince. However, the present situation of the urban and ruraleducation unbalanced development is still difficult to solve in a shortperiod of time. On the other hand,in2001the state councilpromulgated the state council on the decision of the elementaryeducation reform and development ".The curriculum reform has beennearly15years, we look back at teaching achievements during the15years. we have been leading by " student-centered ". As the template of "Guide Learning” corresponding appeared kinds of new teachingmode. However, the teaching mode in the very great degree is doing"workbook", which limits the autonomy and initiative of students, notconducive to long-term development of students. In2011, the “FlippedClassroom”spring up. It is right to supplement our weakness in caseteaching. But our economic foundation determines the pure "flip"class is difficult to spread out in poor areas a short period of time. InMay2014, the ministry of education minister Yuan Guiren indicatedpointed out we should basing and combining with China’s nationalconditions inherit the traditional advantage of education in ourcountry, sum up the experiences of10years course reformachievement and learn from foreign successful practices. We shouldnot be complacency, also not be self-pity, we should establish thecorrect concept of education reform and adhere to the road of thecurriculum reform of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In viewof this, building a blended learning solution which conforms to thesituation of China and can increase the students’ autonomouslearning ability.In this paper, through literature research,studies on blendedlearning, autonomous learning, flipped classroom, guided learning,micro-video and other related documents at home and abroad,Then combined with the specific environment and based on the principle ofblended learning,I build micro video support scheme of autonomouslearning which combined with advantages of two kinds of guidedteaching and flipped classroom. And I put it in practice in juniormiddle school mathematics.Finally, through the analysis of studentachievement, student interviews and teacher exchanges. I analyzeand evaluate of the result of the practice, and get the researchconclusion and the deficiencies at the same time.The research results show that the micro video support scheme ofautonomous learning have great effect for most students’ grades.This solution can exert students’ autonomy, fully mobilize theenthusiasm of students, and have a positive role in promoting forstudents learning methods and learning attitude, and also suit forjunior middle school mathematics teaching, but other curriculumteaching effect is not confirmed. The generalized application in otherlearning areas, other period and other types of schools still have to beconfirmed. I expect this research applies in relatively weak poorareas, expect to give a supplement to the theory and practice ofblended learning to a certain extent at the same time.
