The process of our society was promoted by the development of technology and the way we earned new knowledge was also changed. As intelligent mobile phones and tablet PCs became more and more universal,micro-blog、micro-message、micro-movie,the melody of our common life proved to be a micro-life。Since 2011, micro-lesson had been shown up to the public as the short but lean character met the requirement of common people to the new epochs. As the micro-lesson was became more and more popular, another effective choice was furnished to the teachers using for the revolution of class teaching method. It was also provided an strong support to promote teaching qualities, share excellent resource, meet the special private need of the students and realize the study anywhere and anytime.Based on micro-lesson,flipped classroom was a revolution campaign attempting to change the traditional teaching methods. MOOC, Khan Academy carried by micro-video, sweeping the world in 2011, provided for the implementation experience of flipped classroom. This study was focused on traditional classroom teaching in primary schools of information technology, and improved their teaching pattern to avoid students from the shackles of the traditional classroom. The author realized the teaching style of learning before teaching by using the micro-lessons as guiding materials of flipped classroom and lead the micro-lessons from just aided materials off-class or after-class. So flipped classroom carried by micro-lesson extremely promoted the speed of knowledge spreading. On the same time, the students could use the ‘extra’ time that they resaved by efficiency increases to re-machine or invent new things, improve themselves insight, reasoning power during the process of discussion and debating.Based on this research purposes, according to the characteristics of IT literacy of students and teaching materials, after particularly studying on the use of micro-lessons, three kinds of effective flipped classroom models were drawn out to provide some assistance for teacher’s teaching activities.
