The Flipped Classroom is the mark which is reflected in teaching area by the era of information. It derived from foreign high school and then aroused a wide range of trials in secondary and elementary schools. In recent years, as the pace of educational information construction has being quickened in China, the Flipped Classroom has come into the sight of domestic educational world and obtained experience of classroom teaching practice. The Flipped Classroom has reversed the sequence between the impartment in traditional classroom and the internalization of knowledge. It focuses on the sufficient excavation of students’ potential in learning during class time. The study on the essence of the Flipped Classroom and the indigenous application enables educators in primary and secondary schools to understand the essence of educational information deeply and to explore actively the approaches which fit the reform of classroom teaching in primary and secondary schools in our country.This article is mainly divided in six sections, among which Chapter one is the combing of the concept of the Flipped Classroom and the theoretical basis. Chapter two is the analysis of the time background on the generating and development of the Flipped Classroom, including its origin, developmental elements and developmental trend nowadays. Chapter three is the application cases of the Flipped Classroom in our country, this chapter aims to analysis the main characters of indigenous cases. Chapter four means to design the main aspects of indigenous application of the Flipped Classroom model in primary and secondary school. Chapter five is the specific application observation for experimental classes which carry out the Flipped Classroom, mainly involving the up-front analysis(primarily on learning actuality), the design and development of the specific Flipped Classroom and the observation of teaching process and consequence.
