High compatibility and concise production process convenient sports loves, physicalteachers and researching scholars a lot.2. The practicing contents of the multimedia course ware is very rich includingtheory part, warming-up part, practicing part and conclusion part, which is suitable forclass cognition. In addition, the content is renewable according to the development ofteaching methods and reformation and the natural rule of thing.3. The course ware can be distributed on unit as well as on line. It is beyond the limitof time and space. Students, based on their own needs, choose different course ware andshare information through online technology. It is creative as a national track course.4.
