| Taekwondo is an antagonistic sport popular among teenagers in recent years,in the course of taekwondo training,not only effectively improve the students’ physical activity ability,but also promote the unique etiquette,shame,patience,self-restraint and unyielding spirit of Taekwondo,In order to strengthen the body and pay attention to the cultivation of mental health,more and more teenagers are joining Taekwondo.Taekwondo,as a competitive sport,puts forward high requirements for the comprehensive physical quality of the students.Any confrontational sport is accompanied by certain risks,and the probability of sports injury in taekwondo training and competition is relatively high.Therefore,how to implement effective physical monitoring for young students and improve their physical health and taekwondo skills has become an urgent problem for us to solve.This paper adopts the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics,expert interview and questionnaire,to study the application of corrective training in adolescent Taekwondo teaching,using function movement screen to identify physical problems in trainees engaged in training,Develop function correction training for problems in the test,the order and content of corrective training are arranged according to the rules of corrective training and the summer Taekwondo intensive training plan,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of reducing sports injuries and improving training quality,the experimental results are as follows:(1)The scores of the experimental group improved from 13.27 to 16.2 points after corrective training,while the scores of the control group improved from 13.13 points to13.93 points after all traditional quality training,In 7 functional movement screen(overhead squat,hurdle step,straight lunge squat,shoulder flexibility,active straight leg elevation,torso stability,rotation stability),there was no significant difference in the test group in overhead squat,active straight leg elevation and shoulder flexibility(p≤0.05),but there were significant differences in hurdle step,shoulder flexibility,torso stability and rotation stability(p≤0.05).Before and after 7 tests,there was no significant difference in the control group(p≤0.05)。(2)We conducted independent analysis of the experimental group and the control group respectively,and found that the experimental group presented significant differences in the "one-minute continuous turning kick " 、 "one-minute continuous hammer kick " and "one-minute double flying kick "(p≤0.05),while the control group only presented significant differences in the "one-minute continuous hammer kick "(p≤0.05).Specific research conclusions are as follows:(1)Compared with traditional physical quality exercises,corrective training has a more positive effect on the development of students’ physical functions.(2)Compared with traditional physical quality training,corrective training has a positive effect on the development of students’ Taekwondo skills.(3)Common physical problems found in adolescents included poor core strength,poor body control,poor upper body strength,and poor mobility and stability in the hip,knee and ankle joints.Students in the experimental group had less physical pain than those in the control group.(4)The experimental group scored more than 14 points after the experiment,and the risk of sports injury was reduced to low risk. |
