This article selected three aspects of university graduates expectations:salary expectations,expectations of employment areas,expectations of employment units.First of all, the main research analyzes the gender single factor,which has a significant impact on these three aspects of the employment of college graduates expected,and describes college students’ employment expectations.Gender have a significant impact on the employment of university students salary expectations,the expectations of regional and the expectations of units.The salary expectations of male university graduates is higher than girls’.The female university graduates are more willing to go to the west in the area of employment and to choose their own familiar local employment than men.The male university graduates are more willing to go to rural areas.The most of the male and female university graduates expect go within the system unit employment.In the third chapter,select seven independent variable factors,and let eight independent variables group into three categories of personal, social capital,human capital,which respectively analyze the employment expectations of overall university graduates,the employment expectations of male and the employment expectations of female.After finding the significant independent variables,the article analyzes the reasons behind the various employment expectations. The impact on salary expectations of male and female university graduates is social capital categories.Male university graduates are related to human capital factors in the areas of employment expectations, while girls are subject to the class of social capital.On the desired employment units.The male university graduates are effected by the social and human capital,and the female university graduates only are effected by human capital.Comparing with the actual employment situation,the article find the salary expectations of male graduates significantly higher than female graduates,but the employment rate is also higher than for girls.Factors for the actual employment,social capital impacts on the male graduate so much.More internships, part-time experienced is helpful to the female graduates to find work.Lastly, from the point of view of the economics of education, the use of human capital theory, discrimination economic theory, the career search theory and labor market segmentation theory analyze the results of the empirical analysis.The article gives some suggestions to construct a reasonable expectation of employment of university graduates.
