Early in the 19th century, gender discrimination has become a major research scholars in Western countries.From John Muller on the issue of women's rights to Fawcett and Edgeworth on "crowding hypothesis" theory, to Becker's introduction of the "discrimination factor" the concept of discrimination, constructing to explain the economic impact of an economic model, then later on human capital theory, job queue theory, statistical discrimination and a series of theoretical innovation and research, gender discrimination become a central concept in economic analysis, from an original part of sociology, anthropology, psychology research. Scholars of various schools have done a lot of gender discrimination and systematic research, focusing on the origin of gender discrimination back, cause analysis, and econometric research. In the oretical and empirical research, they have made outstanding contributions. In the later of 20th century,China carried out economic reform and the implementation of undergraduate enrollment policy, the difficult employment of students increasingly become serious problem.China's first batch of undergraduate enrollment in 2003, the number of university graduates reached 212 million, soared 46% over 2002. In the end of 2003,637,000 graduates still have not yet found work. Since then, the number of graduates are increasing at a rate of about 25% in each year. Closing to the end of the year, the number of unemployed students has also increased. The employment of graduates is increasingly arousing attention. The number of University graduates reached 630 million in 2010.Because of cyclical unemployment and structural unemployment caused by the financial crisis, along with the previous graduates not in employment, have become increasingly prominent matter. Solving the difficult problem of graduate employment become the most urgent thing. At the same time, employment of female graduates even more difficult. In September 2009 China Women's Federation's report "Women Entrepreneurship Graduate Employment Survey" shows that over 90% of female students for employment, obviously felt any gender discrimination; In March 2010 graduate employment of domestic third-party independent investigation body MAX Institute for female students conducted a special survey. The employment rate of female graduates signing is 21% in 2010, significantly lower than male students 29.5%.In august 2010 Institute of China University of Political Science officially released the "current state of college students report discrimination" reports, pointing out that various types of employment discrimination against gender discrimination is the most serious one,68.98% of the employers job had a specific demand to the sex of graduated seekers.Chinese scholars with Western studies in the theory, conducted a series of in-depth study on the employment status of female college students in China, from the traditional, family, physiological point of view to the law, sociology, economics perspective, from theoretical research to empirical study. Most results show that gender discrimination on the employment of female graduates had a significant impact, but also there are results denied the interaction between the two.The thesis taked use of Logistic Regression, carries out the empirical analysis of 2010 session of the Finance and Economics College graduates relationship between gender and employment status. First, according to the collection of Finance and Economics University graduates 2010 session of the basic data, the employment impact of the six factors were selected:gender, education, political affiliation, profession, nationality, career ground. Then, using the Logistic Regression of Fword LR, Enter functions and interactive regression analysis on the six factors were the impact on employment and gender interact with other factors, the impact on employment relations model regression. Finally, using the same regression the focus of the Finance and Economics University make a further detailed analysis to the important teaching units-Accounting College graduates. Eventually, we reached the following conclusions:First, the employment rate of men and women students are in basically the same in the Finance and Economics University. Female students have not unequal treatment in employment. Second, Education, Political landscape and Professional are the major impact factors to the students of Finance and Economics University. If the female students want to succeed in a competitive labor market, they should constantly improve their professional quality and ethics. To the Institute of Accounting graduates, the political landscape is the most important factors, both male and female college students, the employment rate of party members slightly are higher than graduates of non-members. Whether or not party members, the employment rate slightly are higher than female students male students. Third, the employment effects of Ethnic and Career in Finance and Economics University students are not great, not having inspection function through Fword LR. So, female students have not been a significant discrimination in both factors to the labor market.
