A Research On The Factors That Influence The Contemporary Graduates On The View Of Employment

According to the statistical data, there is a sharp growth of population for the university graduates for the recent years. However, the primary employment rate drops year-by -year. There is an increasing tendency that the graduates are unable to find works after the university graduates' signing climax of the year. The situation for the university students get employed is quite stern, while on the other hand, it is also proved that university student's employment expectations still stay high. Many university students still rush to the big coastal cities, pursuing the high salary. The views of employment obtaining for graduates reflect the stable and basic views and attitudes of graduates towards employment obtaining purpose and its meaning .It is close to the graduates' own benefits and their daily life. And it is also the important part of graduates' view of value. Thus it has a great influence on the graduates' employment obtaining. To tackle the hardship of employment problem, it is essential for the graduates to change their views on employment obtaining.This article tries to analyze the reasons for hard employment obtaining by survey and case study, as well as graduates' self cognitive, parents' expectation and the employment guide provided by the university. By analyzing the result of survey, we get to know that the graduates are contradictive in self cognition, their parents' expectations are too high, and the employment guides conducted by the university are superficial, which influence the transfer of view of employment for the graduates. At last, solutions are provided according to the realities: firstly, to try our best to enhance the college graduates self-recognition lever; secondly, to conduct the parents to adjust their expectations on their kid's employments positively; and thirdly, to make the college's guide work to the graduates more practical.
