Construction Of Logistics Training Room In Higher Vocational Colleges Based On Distribution Process

The modern logistics, with an variety of documents and a large number of IT applications, is a very practical industry. It is hard for the students to fully understand and master these contents depending only on the classroom teaching. Students must rely on the scene simulation and hands-on training session to strengthen their mastery and application of knowledge. As an vocational college, with cultivating skilled personnel as the goal, it should strengthen the students’ practice ability. At present, there are two main channels to cultivate students’ professional skills. One is the off-campus internship and the other is the school practical training. Under the present training mode, most of the students achieve their off-campus practice in the third year via substituted post exercitation. While the hands-on ability is achieved through the campus training base. Therefore, campus training base construction has become an important topic in the construction and development of Vocational colleges.At present, the universities that set up logistics management almost all have their own campus training base, part of the which has considerable scale. Shandong Shenghan Finance&Trade Vocational College, as one of the colleges which has set up the major of logistics management earlier, put forward " enterprise talent demand as the guidance, improvement of the students’ occupation accomplishment and ability as the core, and enhancement of the students’ professional practice skills as the focus" in the process of personnel training..In the aspect of practice teaching system, the college has continuously reformed and innovated. However, due to the funding constraints, the existing training conditions can not meet the practice demand. Therefore, according to the personnel training goal and the professional curriculum system, how to construct a training room that meets the teaching demand has become an urgent need, and an urgent demand of logistics management professional training as well.However, training room construction can not be a simple imitation, but should be based on the actual situation, highlighting its practicability. We should avoid high investment and low utilization rate construction, and consider its sustainable applicability and technical advancement as well.Based on the market demand investigation, this paper repositions the current logistics management professional talents training target, and puts forward the logistics occupation skill requirements to set the course system which can meet the professional skills training. According to the requirements of the practical teaching system, on the base of the analysis of college training room’s current situation and existing problems, at the same time on the base of learning the logistics training room construction experience in other colleges, it put forward the construction program of integrated logistics training room, in which it has made a preliminary idea of planning and designing the training center, that is a training room of a third party, with logistics enterprise as the training environment, completing the distribution center operation process as the main chamber. In the training room which simulates distribution centers, based on their familiarity with the distribution center operation flow, students can complete the work of every link operation independently. In the process, students can be trained the abilities such as the application of logistics information technology, the use of logistics facilities and equipment as well as the coordination ability of logistics process. they also can use the idea of supply chain management to analyze logistics business and management. Through the above design, students can complete the following three modules training:basic training, process training and integrated simulation training to realize the cultivation of students’ professional skills.
