The Development Of Higher Vocational Education Policy Research After The Reform And Opening-up In China

Vigorously developing higher vocational education is en effective measure to promote employment and convert the heavy population burden into human resources. Although higher vocational education in China starts relatively late, but now it occupies half in the field of higher education. One of the main reasons is the support and guidance of national policy. Therefore, in order to promote the further development of higher vocational education in our country, it’s necessary to study the higher vocational education policy.Reviewing the development of30years after the reform and opening-up, although our higher education policy has achieved a lot, but there are still many imperfections. This article uses literature research method, combined with the history of the development of higher education policy in China, to analyze its existing problems and reasons, and in reference to the United States and the German higher vocational education policy experience, explores the measures of perfecting our higher vocational education policy.The full text is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the article selected topic background, research status, research ideas and research methods.
