| Since "National Ordinary College Sports Curriculum Program" was promulgated and implemented in2002,Wushu Sanda free combat Sports approached into the university courses, but so far the current situation in Colleges and universities is not optimistic, especially the problem of Wushu Sanda free combat elective course in the obsolete teaching content, single teaching method, assessment content and other one-sided, so the investigation and Study on the teaching situation of Wushu Sanda free combat option class in ordinary universities, aiming at playing a certain role for the popularization and development of Wushu Sanda free combat.In this paper, with the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, logic analysis and other methods, based on research on the current situation of Wushu Sanda free combat option teaching of four universities in Luoyang City, problems of the Luoyang Wushu Sanda free combat college elective course in the teaching process that teaching contents, methods, existing assessment content and unreasonable, teaching staff comprehensive quality should be improved, site, equipment shortage, students weak foundation were concluded. Combined with our college physical education requirements, some countermeasures were put forward for Luoyang Wushu Sanda free combat college elective course:improving the teaching content and the students’ Wushu Sanda free combat literacy; people-oriented, with teaching methods reasonable; increasing of Wushu Sanda free combat site construction, equipment investment, improving teaching conditions; optimizing teaching evaluation content; improving the comprehensive quality of teachers; strengthen the martial arts in the school of publicity, enriching campus Wushu Sanda activities. |
