Wushu sanda from germination to shape since the ancient times has a history of thousands of years, has become an important part of Chinese wushu. Because every year there are many national sanshou competition, as well as the provinces, municipalities and other forms of wushu sanda competition, coupled with a variety of media publicity, make wushu sanda got unprecedented development. Wushu sanda movement, however, in the process of rapid development has also exposed some problems, such as "hot competition, popularize cold", "the official hot, cold" folk, and so on, make the sport development is not balanced. Tae kwon do movement characteristics of the same type, although it is not difficult to find that the latter is a "import" movement in South Korea, but got the favour of many people: everywhere wearing uniforms students through the streets, and on to the year lead half hundred of the elderly, down to preschool children have many positive commitment to the sport. In addition, taekwondo hall also have mushroomed numerous. Two motion characteristics are more similar projects, why such a huge difference, is well worth further studies have been conducted.This article USES the literature material and questionnaire survey method, through the investigation of chengdu wushu sanda and tae kwon do club in the popularization and development of the status quo, analysis and study two exercise in culture, education, technology, advanced to the differences in many aspects, to explore its the reason why there are significant differences in the club, draw lessons from successful experience to develop better, and promote the development of wushu sanda sports health quickly. Through investigation and analysis after the author thinks that sanshou and taekwondo in developing with the following five obvious characteristics: 1) the training quality is uneven, the two projects share is given priority to; 2) less number of sanda, older; Number of taekwondo age is low; 3) two sports coaches are highly educated, and full-time high proportion, high professional level; 4) a greater difference between two sports technical difficulties, significantly affect the participation enthusiasm; 5) grade promotion used together, degree of difficulty for difference is obvious.According to the survey results, the paper puts forward the following Suggestions: 1) design reflect national characteristics of wushu sanda clothing; 2) reform of wushu sanda technology promotion form; 3) simplifying the sanda rank in examination method, make more fans have the opportunity to advance. 4) strict implementation of wushu sanda etiquette; 5) reduce operating costs club engaged in wushu sanda.
