Study on evaluation on intensive use of education land is the inevitablerequirement of carrying out scientific outlook on development and promotingintensive use of education land, it’s an important node of urban land intensiveutilization assessment, and it’s a pilot work of special researches. The ultimate goal ofevaluation on intensive use of education land is collecting and analyzing evaluationresults of nationwide education land, grasping the current situation of education land,strengthening the management of land use, promoting land intensive utilizationassessment. As the emphasis and difficulty, study on composite evaluation criteriadirectly related to the application of evaluation results. Although currently we have apreliminary method to determine the evaluation criteria, but, it’s not perfect.To solve the current difficulties that the composite evaluation criteria is sundryand hard to apply the collecting achievement, the paper lead into and set up acorrection system about criteria of evaluation on intensive use of education land,andthe theory of land intensive utilization is the paper’s advising, the connotation ofintensive use of education land is the paper’s starting point, the data that criteria ofevaluation on intensive use of education land is the paper’s basis. The paper set up asuit of composite evaluation criteria preliminarily based on the above, then choosesome suitable universities from the all which have the basic data to test the system,at last, the paper analysis its consistency, its usefulness and the possible problems.The paper try to supplement the system about the evaluation on intensive use ofeducation land, to increase the credibility about the achievement of the evaluation onintensive use of education land, at the same time to provide reliable technicalreference for the next comprehensive work about the achievement of the evaluationon intensive use of education land by setting up comparable and composite evaluationcriteria which is nationwide; The paper although try to provide reference for study on intensive utilization assessment of land、education land and other special kind landthough probing and analysis, to push the progress of academic research. At the sametime, the paper provide brace of data and technology for universities who can grasptheir owe present situation better.The results are as follows:(1)The paper sort out the theory of land intensive utilization assessment, theconcepts of evaluation on intensive use of education land and criteria of evaluation onintensive, expound the necessity of setting up a synthesized criteria of evaluation onintensive use of education land, and provide that it’s feasible to set up synthesizedand nationwide criteria of evaluation on intensive use of education land.(2)The paper focus on describing and analyzing the concept that the criteria ofevaluation on intensive use of education land, and determine that the criteria includethe system of intensive utilization assessment, ideal values and the index weights.(3)The paper investigate the determination of criteria which is existing and thepresent determination of criteria of composite evaluation on intensive use ofeducation land, the paper confirm the existing methods, the paper supplement andcomplement the existing methods and the process by analyzing factors.
