With the rapid development of economy and technology, great changes have taken place of employment and employment structure in China, and self-employment become an important approach to solve the serious employment situation in recent years. As a result, more and more scholars who come from home and abroad begin to pay attention to the study of entrepreneurship in college students. At present, Chinese higher education has entered the stage of "popular education", graduates supply has more than the needs of society."The unemployment of college students" is no longer an empty concept. In this context, to explore the influence factors of college students’ entrepreneurial intention and behavior, and how to improve college students’ entrepreneurial intention and behavior is a hot issue of the colleges and universities, government and even the whole society needs to face. For colleges and universities, the entrepreneurship education which based on knowledge and practice will become the important content in the development of higher education.Based on existing study lack of the association between education and students’ practical action, the paper takes the individual entrepreneurial intention as the starting point to explore the relationship between the entrepreneurial education in Colleges and universities and the college students’entrepreneurial intention by empirical research. And introduce perceived desirability and perceived feasibility as a mediating variable into the study building the model framework of entrepreneurship education as the antecedent variable, perceived desirability and perceived feasibility as mediating variables, entrepreneurial intention as the outcome variable, to explore the middle path which the entrepreneurial education transformed into entrepreneurial intention. In the process of writing the paper, first search the relevant domestic and foreign literature, summarize the literature, clearly defined the entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention, and propose the framework. Second, on the basis of previous studies through the classmates and friends give out the electronic questionnaire link to several provinces’university students to investigate. At last, use the AMOS18.0to build the structural equation to test the assumptions presented in this paper, and draw the following conclusions:(1) The situation of entrepreneurial education in universities has an important role to improve the students’ entrepreneurial intention. In other words, the level of entrepreneurial education is higher, the college students’ entrepreneurial intention is stronger.(2) Entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities has no significant positive relationship on the college students’ perceived desirability. However, entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities has a positive impact on the college students’ perceived feasibility.(3) Perceived feasibility acts as a full mediator in the relationship between entrepreneurial education and the college students’ entrepreneurial intention. The meaning is The educated can improve their perception to entrepreneurial feasibility through the college entrepreneurial education level, thus enhancing their entrepreneurial intention.
