Middle School Sports In Yongshan County, Zhaotong City Under The Background Of "Urban-Rural Integration"

Yongshan County of Zhaotong City is a small town located on the Bank of Jinsha River.After being cut by rivers,the terrain is fragmented and the elevation of the area varies greatly.Because it is located in mountainous areas,the terrain is steep and the traffic remains unchanged,the local economy was very poor and backward in the past.There are high-altitude and cold minority areas in this county,with low-altitude riverside countryside countryside,low-altitude County town and hot climate.At present,with the development of the times,under the background of "urban-rural integration" and the construction of Xiluodu Hydropower Station,the local economy has developed rapidly,the production and living standards of residents have improved,and the ideology has changed: the awareness of attaching importance to education,health and sports has increased,so that the demand for high-quality sports resources has increased.Especially the sports resources of Township Middle Schools haven't reached the national allocation standard yet.Under the background of "urban-rural integration",in order to realize the optimal allocation,balanced development and resource sharing of sports resources of urban and rural middle schools,this paper uses the methods of documentation,questionnaire,interview and field investigation to study the current situation of optimum allocation of sports resources of urban and rural middle schools in Yongshan County during the process of "urban-rural integration".The results of investigation and analysis show that due to the differences between urban and rural areas,the allocation of sports resources in urban and rural areas is unbalanced,and the sharing of resources is insufficient.For example,the quantity and quality of human resources allocation in urban areas are more and better,the countryside is insufficient,the allocation of venues and equipment resources,the allocation of funds and resources,and the allocation of information resources are in an advantageous position in urban areas.Nowadays,the allocation of sports resources in township middle schools is constantly improving,but even if it is improved,it is an indisputable fact that compared with urban middleschools,it is relatively scarce.And in the aspect of resource sharing,the implementation is weak,the coordination is not in place,and the implementation is not in place.Under the background of "urban-rural integration",this paper tries to analyze the current situation and existing problems of the development of school sports resources in Yongshan County,combining with the interrelationship among local political,economic,cultural and social factors,and further explores and puts forward the Countermeasures of unbalanced development of school sports resources allocation and inadequate resource sharing in Yongshan County.And then promote Yongshan County middle school sports resources allocation rationalization,scientific and balanced development.This paper investigates the current situation of school sports resources allocation in Yongshan County in the process of "urban-rural integration" under the situation of unbalanced allocation of sports resources and insufficient resource sharing in Yongshan County.It tries to analyze and put forward suggestions that the rational allocation and normal operation of sports resources in Yongshan County middle schools in the process of "urban-rural integration" need not only good market mechanism,but also the government.Effective policy guidance.Make its physical education teaching level,sports performance,physical health level to a higher level.
