Research On Current Situation Of Sports Training And Cultural Learning Of Senior High School Sports Students In Jingzhou City

As an important means of promoting sustainable development of China’s sports career, College Sports Entrance Examination is not only an important part of College Entrance Examination, but also an important way of selecting excellent PE talents. Through a variety of research methods, such as questionnaire, literature, interviews and statistics analysis, this thesis takes the training and learning condition of sports students in Jingzhou as the research object. According to the survey of sports students, which includes the selection criterion, cultural foundation, the organizational form of cultural studies, professional quality of their sports basis, the organizational form of their professional studies, the proportion of learning and training time, students’motivation to participate in sports training as well as their approaches, and other factors which affect college entrance exam, such as the sports field and equipment, school leaders’attention and so on, we can draw the following conclusion:1. Many PE candidates in parts of jingzhou’high schools have a weak foundation in culture courses. They can not balance their culture courses learning and sports training, which is the main reason for hindering their college admission.2. The standards in raw material selection of sports students are low, especially for the students who have a very weak foundation in culture course.3. Their training form mainly adopt group training, which is not good for their professional growth and progress. At the same time, their sports training time is not arranged reasonable, which takes up much culture course learning time. Part of the students start to participate in the training so late that they have to train overtime, as a result, they do not have enough energy to study culture and even sometimes, they may get sports injury.4.The arrangement of culture courses learning is not reasonable in many high schools in many high schools of Jingzhou. They adopt the distributed learning mode. As a result, ti me conflicts between the learning of culture and sports training often occur.5. There are many problems widespread in the process of culture course learning. First,they do not learn actively. Second, they have many bad learning habits. Third, they lack specific learning aims. Forth, their culture foundation is weak.
