Research On The Problem Of The Cultivation Of College Students’ Ability Of Antipressure Under The New Media Environment

With the development of science and technology, the traditional pressure has a morediverse and real performance in the new media environment. Because of the pressure oflearning, economy, communication and love, many college students cannot be calm or findtheir initiative to solve the problem. In consequence, they may have much of blame, anxiety,fear and other negative emotions, which has serious impact on their physical and mentalhealth. At the same time, the new media technology provides the opportunity for new ways tocultivate college students’ stress tolerance.Firstly the thesis introduces the basic concept and the theory of college students’ stresstolerance. From a psychological point of view, the cultivation of college students’ stresstolerance refers to dealing with problems of reaction to the stress of college students; from thesociological point of view, the cultivation of college students’ stress tolerance is mainlydirected to an external pressure source processing problem; from the theoretical perspective ofideological and political education, stress tolerance refers to the ability of setting up moralconsciousness. Secondly, the thesis discusses the college students’ psychological pressuresources, which come from the traditional pressure of learning, social, economic and love andhave a more diverse and more severe manifestations in the new media environment: the"decentration" derived from the large diversity of the new media environment leads toconfusion and so produces pressure; the real-time interactive media and the poor efficiency ofstudents for absorbing information causes confusion and so generates pressure; the largeamount of information and the insufficient ability of receiving information leads to anxietyand pressure; the gap between ideal virtual reality and cruel actual reality leads topsychological pressure. After that, the thesis analyzes the reasons of the students’ low stresstolerance: the new media age college students suffer more than ever, lack of individual tospeed up the new media era in the rate of change of psychological preparation, lack theeducation method of frustration education of coping with psychological dilemma, the familystructure makes the students lack the experience of pressure, and points out the important ofsignificance on the cultivation of college students’ stress tolerance, helpful for students torecognize the complex situation, and to calm face pressure to accept the challenge, and tomaintain a healthy state of mind, a correct understanding of setbacks, and to help studentslearn to filter the information absorbing social positive energy. Finally, the thesis puts forwardto the training contents of college students’ ability of resistance under the new mediaenvironment: to establish a correct outlook on life values to cope with the diversified valueorientation, to adapt to the new environment, strengthening frustration education of collegestudents face the pressure and master the methods under the new media environment. Thethesis puts forward to the cultivation of college students’ stress tolerance measures: tostrengthening of new media information supervision; to strengthen the cultivation of collegestudents identify the school media information ability; to strengthen the construction ofcampus culture to make students feel the humanistic care; to encourage self education bycollege students to carry out peer counseling to improve the ability of resistance; to cultivategood psychological quality of family education. This thesis is on the base of educational theory research of domestic and foreign study ofnew media characteristics and pressure, using of various research methods to look forsolutions of how college students has the compressive ability training under the new mediaenvironment. The thesis has innovation of combining with the traditional culture method ofnew media environment, under the new media environment.
