Tolerance In Elementary Education And Its Practice Research

Tolerance as one of the traditional virtues,it has a significant influence on the formation of good character and excellent personality.Education is not only the main means to acquire knowledge,but also an important way to cultivate good habits and quality.this paper,from the perspective of education tolerance,studies the connotation,rationality,principle and limit,as well as different dimensions,finally puts forward the practice conception in primary school education,so as to research and elaborate educational tolerance,with a view to explore the road of tolerance with the aid of education lights.In order to have a more profound understanding of educational tolerance,the author first analyzes the connotation of educational tolerance from the ideological works related to etymology and tolerance,and distinguishes between tolerance and several confused words;This paper discusses the composition of educational tolerance,its composition includes the subject of behavior,object and content,and understanding the composition of tolerance is helpful to understand the connotation,principle and dimension of tolerance The principle and limit of educational tolerance and tolerance in school education are briefly discussed,and the classification of different behavior in school education,including differences,fault,doubt and weakness,in order to provide a basis for the study of the concept of education tolerance practice,finally selected research methods.Next is to analyze the rationality basis of educational tolerance,this part mainly discusses the significance and value of educational tolerance to real life,mainly in three aspects of social basis,human nature foundation and educational foundation.Then expounds the principle and limit of educational tolerance,the author summarizes the principle of education tolerance to the principles of respect,equality,freedom and difference,expounds its rationality and its specific performance in education and its corresponding limits,which makes education tolerance in practice more reasonable and clear.Finally,based on the theory of tolerance,respect and understanding,the connotation of tolerance is explored.based on the theory of Paul family and walz,the different dimensions of education tolerance are divided into four dimensions:tolerance,respect,understanding and appreciation,and how to apply multiple dimensions of education and tolerance to deal with different types of behavior in primary education:Tolerance of fault and human’s inferiority,respect for the defects of human physiology,understanding the inherent differences,appreciation of creative challenge.
