A Study On Practicing Based On Reading-aioud And Reciting Teaching Method To Improve The Quality Of English Teaching In Secondary Vocational Schools

In the21st century, the world economy globalization, international cultural exchange isincreasing, the importance of English is obvious. Secondary vocational education to therequirement of English ability to ascend to a new level, also pay more attention to thepractical application of English ability. The purpose of this study is to let students out of thelearning mode of "exam-oriented English", master "practical English", do move "mouth" than"hand".For secondary vocational school students’ English level low status, reading-aloud andreciting is very suitable for the needs of the students at present. Reading-aloud and reciting isthe simplest and most effective traditional language learning. English reading-aloud andreciting teaching, is a student reading training as the main way, through reading and recitingof knowledge accumulation, so as to improve students’ English practical skills. This study onthe constructivism learning theory, input, output hypothesis and language acquisition mode,on the basis of preliminary explores the role of recitation in English teaching and constructnursing specialty in secondary vocational school five-year on the feasibility and necessity ofEnglish reading-aloud teaching.In chengde nursing vocational college,2012five-year construct nursing160students asthe main research object, with higher pedagogy, psychology, linguistics and other relatedtheory as the basis, with case study method, investigation method, interview method,observation research methods, such as public English teaching of secondary vocational schoolwas systematically studied. This research adopts the research method of quantitative analysisand qualitative analysis for data analysis, the research object under the guidance of the authorafter eight months of training, through the comparison of experimental classes and that incomparative classes, the author concludes that reading has a positive role for English teaching.By reading-aloud training, students learn not only in English listening, speaking, readingability and so on various aspects have very big improvement, and enhance the confidence oflearning English, improve the students’ integrated English skills.Through the theoretical exploration and empirical research, demonstrates the basicEnglish reading-aloud teaching is an effective way to improve students’ English ability.Secondary vocational schools should make the reading-aloud and reciting teaching in juniorhigh school junior student the starting point of English teaching in a wide range of applications.
