In this paper, the iaaf children’s interest in track and field (13-15years old) programs for adolescents constitution impact experiment as the research object, through the experiment teaching method, the literature material law, expert interview method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, video analysis attempts to analyze the iaaf13-15years old project’s influence on adolescent health concluded that:(1) the traditional teaching, and track and field teaching in promoting children’s physical health of students have different effect, in terms of single quality index, children’s track and field teaching obvious advantages, the traditional teaching despite improve part quality index, but there are individual quality index decline phenomenon.(2) through different teaching teaching, teaching content, evaluation indexes were increased, the two kinds of teaching methods are effective teaching, the development of students’comprehensive quality are different, but the range of the increased from the teaching effect evaluation index, the experimental group which children’s track and field teaching.(3) the iaaf children’s interest in track and field (13-15years old) projects in the feasibility of our country middle school’s promotion has theoretical support.
