Purpose fitness is particularly important for the overall development of children and adolescents.However,the results of youth physical fitness survey in recent years are most worrying.Based on this current situation,the improvement of students' health level has been the top priority in school physical education,and physical education reform must have immediate effect.Athletics is an important basic component of physical education in primary and secondary schools,and its importance is self-evident.However,in recent years,the traditional track and field teaching boring teaching programs have had a serious negative impact on students' sports participation emotions.This does not match the speed of athletics development in our country.With the further development of the sports power strategy,stimulating students' interest in sports and enhancing the interest of track and field teaching programs has become an important issue that needs to be solved in today's society.The children's fun track and field program is a fun sport that integrates equipment,training and training.Compared with traditional track and field programs,its interesting teaching method has an important positive impact on children's participation in track and field programs.In view of this,this study aims to use the children's fun track and field program as an intervention tool to explore its teaching effect differencesin sports and enhancing the interest of track and field teaching programs has become an important issue,developing physical quality and good physical form.It also provides a theoretical reference and basis for the diversification of track and field teaching.Research Methods: In this study,72 fourth grade students of the fourth elementary school in Changchun steam opening district were used as the experimental subjects for a12-week-long teaching experiment from April 2021 to June 2021.and the results were tested statistically using SPSS23.0 software,with all significance levels set at ?=0.05.The teaching concept of the children's fun program was combined with its interaction with the supporting athletic equipment.The children's fun track and field program is a fun sport that integrates equipment,training and training,logical analysis method,mathematical statistics important basic component of physical education in primary and secondary schools,and its importance is self-evident.track and field teaching in Changchun City elementary school physical education.Conclusions:(1)After the experimental teaching,both fun track and traditional track and field teaching are not students' physical forms,and physical forms do not change differently because of the teaching methods.(2)Fun track and field teaching an important basic component of physical education in primary and secondary schools,in improving students' physical teaching is more effective.(3)Fun track and field is effective in improving students' interest in physical education,and there is no gender difference.In addition,it enhances students' learning efficiency and participation while improving their interest in learning,allowing students to learn athletic skills and knowledge faster and easier,and promoting the achievement of the teaching objectives of athletics classes.
