Since the21st century, whether in the cities or the countryside in the number of one-childfamily is increasing. As a result, the state, society, families to children in all sorts of problems inthe process of growth to give a high degree of attention, particular concern for the child’sphysical quality problems, and the related study of students’ physical quality is plenty, this is awelcome phenomenon. Can, however, at present, the elementary student’s physical quality,however, has not been much improved. This is worth pondering the question. Actually suchsituation is caused by various reasons, for a long time, China’s exam-oriented education,children’s heavy learning tasks, on the one hand, students participate in sports opportunities toreduce, on the other hand, students are not formed for sports consciousness and habit; Second,parents do not pay enough attention to the child’s physical exercise, many parents for childrenplaying outside or participate in sports is not safe worry, or afraid of children go out playingdelay academic reasons such as consideration, parents do not encourage and support the childrento participate in sports activities; Do not take the third, the school of physical education, causesthe lesson hold and the organization and management of the sports classroom is lax, studentcollapses; In the end, the students themselves, due to the developed and popularization of scienceand technology network, with no interest in sports and atmosphere, study in insecurity, moststudents prefer to play online games, watching TV, listening to music and so on, also don’t wantto invest into sports.This study is study expected by nearly a little fun experiment teaching of track and field,50meters more subjects before and after the experiment, standing long jump in succession, crookproneness, a minute rope skipping, cast sandbags (level1), sit-ups (level2,3) grades, thechanges of children’s interest in track and field are obtained in terms of (guangxi) improve thequality of the student body.This experiment in guangxi nanning lakeside road primary school, the experimental object is(level1) class three, grade two, class four students;(level2), the class two students in class fourgrade three.(level3) class three, grade five, class five students. Through nearly a semester of the children’s interest in trackand field teaching practice of the project, the subjects in the50m run, standing long jump insuccession, crook proneness, a minute rope skipping, cast sandbags (level1), sit-ups (level2,3)scores were improved obviously. Therefore, the IAAF children’s interesting track and field in theaspect of improve the quality of the student body has a significant effect.This research consists of four parts: the first part is introduction, mainly introduces theresearch background of this study and research review, research purpose and meaning; Thesecond part of the main research method of this study, research objects and subjects, andintroduces the total design in the experiment; The third part is the results analysis, in theexperimental classes and that in comparative classes before and after the experiment test data forstatistical analysis of the project: before the experiment experimental classes and the comparisonof physical quality indicators that in comparative classes; After the experimental classes and thecomparison of physical quality indicators that in comparative classes; The comparison ofexperimental classes the physical quality indexes before and after the experiment; Thecomparison of that in comparative classes the physical quality indexes before and after theexperiment; Experimental class boys body quality changes before and after the experiment valuecomparison; Experimental class girl’s body quality changes before and after the experiment valuecomparison; Boys and girls physical change after experimental classes experiment valuecomparison; After the experiment classes compared with that in comparative classes boy bodyquality; After the experiment classes compared with that in comparative classes girls physicalquality. Finally, according to the previous comparative analysis of the results, summarizes theconclusions of this study, and put forward the corresponding opinions and Suggestions.
