The grade is larger in school by the same grade teacher and some of comparable forteaching and management tasks of the basic level management organization. Practiceproves that the management of students in grade school of management is an importantaspect in the school, the internal management as a management entities in plays a more andmore important role, shows the advantage of management mode and irreplaceable. Withthe deepening of the basic education, the students in grade management perspective, alsowill be more and more wide, schools should set up and perfect the students in grademanagement mechanism, give full play to the students of grade management function,thereby strengthening and optimize the whole school management. Of course, it should benoted that the student management work, grade from institutions, scale, management leveland the way, in different between school has the big difference, there are many problemsneed to be solved.This article will use the tracking method, presents a junior high school studentsthree-level self-management in the whole process of the students in grade school, toexplore the method of management, the principles and regulation, in order to improve themanagement level of students in grade purpose.The first chapter of the introduction involves the background of the topic, thissignificance, literature review, the theory analysis, as well as the research methods; Thesecond chapter of this year junior high school students three-level self-managementpractice research; The third chapter of this year junior high school students three-levelself-management problem analysis and the countermeasures.
