With the development of economic globalization, education has entered into the general trend of popularization, democratization, diversification, modernization and lifelong. As facilitators, researchers, curriculum developers and other roles, teachers are faced with higher requirements. Since mid twentieth century, the United Nations began to research the development issue of teachers. And China also illustrate that teachers are professionals and the teacher is a specialized occupation in legal form.The first part of this passage, the introduction part, introduces the background of our issue:①the subject of this research②the literature review③the reason and the significance of the topic④the research ideas and methods⑤theory basis of research and⑥the research process.In the second part, I prepare the interview content, sort out and analyze the interview content from the three aspects. The three aspects are L teacher’s views on students, teachers, and teaching ideas, the growth stage of L teacher, and the basic literacy of L teacher.According to L’s student view, students are believed, respected, expected and praised by him. In terms of his teachers view, L thinks that teachers are facilitators, researchers of educational knowledge, developer and founder of school-based curriculum. L teacher also think that teachers should cooperate and communicate with colleagues, trying to be a minded teacher and pursuing ideological class.The third part is the research of sublimation, in the background of new curriculum reform, an excellent teacher from the view of teachers, teaching view, student view these aspects, how the philosophy of education. A teacher’s growth is the only way which must be passed into the vocational adaptation period, stable period of development and rapid development period, so the characteristics of a correct view of each period in each period. A good education should have professional knowledge and moral attainments, which requires that a teacher must lifelong learning.
