Throughout the tendency of international teacher education's development in recent years,outstanding teachers' training has already become its internal requirement that can improve the quality of teachers' team.British outstanding teachers' training has stepped into a mature phase through a long process of practice and exploration,its comprehensive training mode includes professional standards,implementation contents and assessment formats,which can promote to explore the path to cultivate outstanding teachers in China.The Britain pays great importance to the integral development of outstanding teacher education,its outstanding initial teachers training's development mainly based on the series items of "Training our next generation of outstanding teachers" and post-career training mainly based on the series items of "outstanding teacher programme".Having a deepen analysis about the characteristics of outstanding teachers' training system based on three aspects including implementation backgrounds,contents and effects,this paper in order to obtain the beneficial references to the development of our country's teacher education in field of outstanding teachers' training.The background of outstanding teachers' training can be divided into three parts:thought background,implementation background and requirements of educational development.Although the guiding principles for education have different focus in varies periods,they all have the ideas to construct integrated system of outstanding teacher education,and directional in thinking.The implementation of outstanding teachers' training are mainly based on the implementation texts which offers strong guarantees to it.The inevitability of implementation can be explained based on the British and international teacher education's value pursuit and practical exploration.The Britain pays much attention to dual development of outstanding initial and post-career teacher training,and emphasizes the integration features of outstanding teachers' training based on its implementation process including professional standards,selection procedure,implementation and evaluation model.The British outstanding teachers' training has remarkable effect.According to the tracking data provided by the Department for education,self-assessment reports of each organizer and comprehensive evaluation results from the related supervision department,this part mainly introduces and analyzes the influence of implementation for outstanding teacher education system from the perspective of student quantity,quality structure and recent feedback from both students and their subordinate schools.The evaluation of outstanding teachers' training consists of three sub parts,including the value orientation,the basic characteristics of implementation and the main characteristics of its evaluation model.The value orientation part mainly explains its outstanding idea;the second part reflects the integration of initial and post-career teacher training,the diversification and regional balance of programme,the practical tendency and higher resource efficiency,the use of flexible economic means of occupational attraction's promotion;the third part explains the characteristics of its evaluation:humanization,amphicheirality and gradualness.The enlightenment of outstanding teachers' training includes four aspects,respectively from the optimization of teachers,professional standards,the organization and coordination of project running,the reformation of operating mechanism of the fund,the perfection of project evaluation system.
