With the development of economy in our country,there is an increasing demand for high quality education resources in the whole society.But the present situation of the economic differences between urban and rural areas in our country,resulting in a large number of outstanding teachers in rural areas gathered to the central city.The phenomenon of unbalanced development of urban and rural education is more and more serious.The shortage of outstanding teachers in rural areas is still the important problem of the education development in our country.In order to promote the improvement of overall teaching level in rural areas,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,give full play to the outstanding teachers’ demonstration and leading role of the city.Outstanding teachers perform demonstration activity in education less developed regions is being carried out in full swing which is an effective form of continuing education.But the related systematic research is less.especially there is little research on outstanding teachers.So it will have great theoretical and practical significance to focus on the system research of this activity,especially the outstanding teachers.This research adopts documentation,questionnaire and interview methods to illustrate the basic situation of of outstanding teachers perform demonstration activity in education less developed regions from four parts to explain the basic situation of the activity:the conducting and effect,the main problems and the main factors affecting the main participants the involvement of outstanding teachers and their reflection to the activity.In order to make the research more comprehensive and meticulous,this paper chooses four schools’ teachers as the research object.Through nearly three months of investigation,the researcher knows the footprint of this activity throughout all the towns and villages and it is popular among rural teachers.But this activity is still existing some problems and difficulties:the shortage of funding,the content and form having a gap between actual demand,the follow-up work is not perfect and hard to take care of all the teachers,etc.Through the investigation and interviews that the impact of the activities of the main factors affecting the activities of the countryside there are two aspects,for the outstanding teachers:the low correlation between activity and title selection,time-consuming and little subsidies, the lack of attention and guidance.for the rural teachers:the content out of their needs,the activities lack of follow-up guidance and the obvious contradiction between work and study.Based on those,the researcher put forward the following suggestions to improve the activity effect.the first is to increase the funding to improve the activities of outstanding teachers subsidies,the second is to base on the needs of rural teachers to carry out the eleven steps mode of the activity in the process,take part in the activity as the priority conditions for title selection.The third is to schedule time reasonably to solve rural teachers’contradiction between work and study.The fourth is to establish incentive constraint mechanism,strengthen the attention and guidance of activity.
