The Case Research On The Outstanding Teachers’Professional Development

As an important resources of our basic education, the Outstanding Teachers play positive roles in the optimizing of the teaching staff. Through the professional development research of them, we can make the exploring of teachers professional development’s rules and characteristics deeply, and provides referential approaches and strategies to the optimizing of the teaching staff. This paper through the study of Outstanding Teachers’ professional development, to drawn the strategies of teachers professional development, so as to get some enlightenments to our country’s teacher education, primary and middle school teachers’ management and so on.The paper is consisting of five sections.
