As UNESCO put it. from now until mid twenty-first Century, no disaster can bring lasting and profound pain like psychological crisis. According to the psychological mechanism of statistics, as the young students grow, poor mental health or mental disorder increase quickly.This article looks on present situation on the theory of psychological health education and education practice, and aims at some unsolved.problems on the theory and practice education. To accumulate through the school psychological counseling room in recent years of counseling case analysis.thus understanding the problem types and analyzing them. By doing so. we can learn the cause and the form of the problems.And we also analyze the actual effect of various individual counseling methods and the advantages and disadvantages are also analyzed.As the founding shows, there are three problems are the most common ones.Study problems rank first, followed by interpersonal relationship problems and personality development.Common Individual Counseling Methods Include letters. SMS, E-mail telephone.and face-to-face interview. And so on.Each method has its advantages and limitations, by combining various approaches to counseling, we can often achieve good resultResults show classification of three kinds of psychological problem is feasible, but there are great differences among them.The students, who have problems in personality development often show the lowest level of psychology health.The survey result also shows that students with psychological problems score high in interpersonal relationship and health adaption factors.And these differences are the cause and the result of psychological problems.
