Resilience has become a hot topic of research in the field of psychology as an important quality of positive psychology, which also is an important indicator of measuring mental health in middle school students. The definition of resilience is complicated and multiple, but this research based on the process definition, the resilience is defined as:the setbacks situation can impel the individual to seek harmonious development and to mobilize all of protection resources, and to realize a kind of inner psychological potential good adaptation. This study uses "the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents" to make a status of the resilience investigation on junior middle school students, then according to the survey results, basing on positive psychology theory and group dynamics theory, combining with the mechanism of resilience, this study uses the mental health activity classes and group counseling to interfere the resilience of junior middle school students, in order to improve the level of resilience of junior middle school students, and to provide evidence for study on resilience of junior middle school students, enrich the research contents.This study selected3classes of7th Grade students and the3classes are consubstantial, then dividing the3classes into control group, experimental group1and experimental group2, the experimental group1uses the mental health activity classes to intervention, and the experimental group2sues the group counseling to intervention, last the control group without any intervention. The results showed:(1) the resilience of junior middle school students is in the medium level;(2) the level of resilience had no significant changes in the control group, and the the level of resilience had a significant upgrade after intervention in experimental group1and experimental group2, that show the interventionist strategies of the mental health activity classes and group counseling are actively and effectively;(3) by means of comparative and analysis, found that the effects of group counseling intervention is more significant and effective than the effects of the mental health activity classes.
