| With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,people’s living standards have been rapidly improved.More and more families can provide better educational resources for their children.However,in view of the current relative shortage of high-quality educational resources in the city and the problems of degree,college entrance examination and other problems,it has brought various adverse effects to middle school students,and some students even have anxiety,low self-esteem or self-denial psychological problems.The mental health of middle school students has become a problem that cannot be ignored.Mental health education courses,as the most popular and efficient education method,are receiving more and more attention.Therefore,based on the current situation of junior high school mental health education courses and middle school students’ resilience,the application of frustration resistance group counseling in junior high school mental health education courses is studied,and the frustration resistance of middle school students is improved through group counseling.The research of this project is mainly divided into the following parts,first by compiling questionnaires,investigating the frustration resistance of the eighth grade students in the school,and focusing on analyzing the various factors affecting their resistance,and then,combined with the current setting of the mental health education curriculum of the school and their resistance level,four sections of a total of 8 group counseling activities to improve frustration ability were set up,and teaching intervention experiments were implemented for the experimental group,and the results showed that:1)The resilience of middle school students is not greatly affected by gender and age;2)The resilience of middle school students is significantly affected by the type of student,parents’ occupation,and parents’ marital status.Specifically,the resistance of household registration students is better than that of integral students,and the resistance of middle school students whose parents are public officials is better than that of their parents doing business and working as employees and freelancers;Students whose parents have a stable marriage are more resistant than students whose parents are divorced;3)The results of the retest of frustration at the end of the semester showed that after receiving the group counseling set up to improve frustration resistance,the total score of frustration,frustration perception,frustration coping,and emotional control of the students in the experimental class were significantly improved compared with before.Therefore,this study can show that mental health education has a positive impact on the resilience of middle school students,and mental health education courses should ensure class hours and teaching content,and enrich the implementation of mental health education courses.In the curriculum of mental health education,we should focus on the factors that affect the resilience of middle school students,and strengthen group counseling for students with unstable families and students.It is hoped that through his own analysis,he will provide a certain reference for enriching the research on the resilience of middle school students and improving the quality of mental health education courses in junior high schools. |
