Due to the particularities of the physical and mental growths of the primary school pupils, teachers usually feature diverse roles and their influences have universality and profoundness. Along with the professionalism of the work and the particularities of the music education, all these features substantiate the importance and necessity for the regulation of the teachers’angry moods. Many teaching mishaps were caused by the teachers; and an angry mood, as the most harmful form of moods, the angry mood has severely affected the teachers’work. Therefore, the author conducted research and analysis on the class problem behaviors with pertinence to the primary school music teachers and summarized the causes for inducing the teachers angry moods:1; the loss of sense of class control;2. the teaching activities were intervened, the disappointment and assumptions towards someone, as well as a sense of frustration inconsistent with the reality;3. A thought that the students were deliberately offending them and their dignity was infringed by the challenging hostilities. Based on the features of teachers’work, the author proposed the strategies for solutions, which are divided into:the sufficient pre-class, mid-class and post-class preparations, and the elevation of one’s own cultivations, which can help the teachers in obtaining excellent teaching effects and are also the effects methods for the avoidance of venting the anger onto the class. During a class, with pertinence to the three reasons for inducing the angry moods, the Paper respectively proposed the strategies of control and regulation, and after class, with the combination of the "Anger log" and the "Anger management equation" developed by Dr. Robert Allan, adopt variety of modes for control and regulations. The first part of this Paper is an Introduction and research was conducted using the literature methods. In Chapter1, research was conducted on the class problem behaviors primary school music classes and their reasons were analyzed; the observation method and the experience summarization method were used. In Chapter Two, the factors inducing the angry moods of the primary school music teachers were summarized. In Chapter Three, the strategies and therapeutic methods for controlling and regulating the angry moods were proposed.
