Internet has been an important platform forproducing Internet public opinion. Its rich and colorful content, distinct and unique style has apositive impact on the university students’ values. While at the same time, it also carries somebackward culture with superstition, vulgarity, ignorance, and other decadent culture, whichdispel college students’ right values. How to understand the relationship between Internetpublic opinion and the college students’ values, how to correctly understand the Internetpublic opinion on the values of college students’ dispelling, under the influence of Internetpublic opinion how to reconstruct college students’ values. Respectively, anoverview of the network public opinion’s concept, the main characteristics and the law of itsformation and development; College students’ values’ connotation, structure andcharacteristics; The relationship between Internet public opinion and the college students’values. The third part describes Internet public opinion on college students’ values dispelling.Through basic conditions survey of the university Internet public opinion, I will discourse thedispelling and causes of the Internet public opinion on the college students’ values from theInternet public opinion’s content, technical characteristics and some important phenomenon inthe formation and development process. The fourth part is the reconstruction of collegestudents’ values under the sight of Internet public opinion. This chapter is divided into twoparts: the basic principles and path selection of the reconstruction of college students’ valuesunder the influence of Internet public opinion.College students’ values are students’ general perceptions and fundamental views indealing with various issues. And they affect the value orientations and behavior choices ofcollege students. Further studying the impact of Internet public opinion on college students’values, theoretically, will make a humble contribution to the relevant research of Internetpublic opinion and college students’ values. In practice, it will open up new ways to students’values education.
