Research On The Present Situation And The Countermeasure Of Farmers’ Skill Training

The issue of farmer has been regarded as one of the most important issue of socialdevelopment. The root of the issue of farmer is farmers’ education and training. At present inChina, farmers’ education and training has a close relationship with the realization ofmodernization and China dream. Education and training is an essential part for being amodern famer at present China.The main research content of this article were five parts:(a) The status and problems ofshaanxi farmer skill training were analyzed. Emphatically expounded the resources, practice,achievements and existing problems of shaanxi province farmer skill training.(b)Demonstrated the necessity of farmers’ skills training, as a typical case of biogas trainingschool in shaanxi province, and how to reasonably carried out skills training way and patternby research method. Furthermore it highlighted methodological significance.(c) The demandof the present stage of shaanxi province farmer skill training mainly from two aspects,categories and characteristics are analyzed.(d) Put forward the thinking and countermeasuresof development of shaanxi province farmer skill training, emphatically discusses the futuredevelopment of farmers’ skills training cause the overall train of thought, basic tasks andmeasures, etc.(e) Concluded the article views and summarized, at the same time to develop anew type of professional farmers cultivate, in order to looking forward to the future prospectsof farmer skill training in Shanxi Province.
