Accompany with the revolution of new technology and the development of knowledge economy, the main factors causing economic growth are not labor force and capital, but technologies and knowledges, actually is the carrier of technologies and knowledges——talent. Human resource is wealth of a country and the symbol of a thriving and prosperous nation. The youth is the activest and vivest colony in the community. The condition of youth talent resource indicates how well is the whole talent resource. Through training we can bring up lots of youth talent who are outstanding and innovative. It's an imperious demand to achieve continuable development of talent, also it's an important act to buildup competing power. In history there were a great deal of talent in Hubei. The training of youth talent has been put in an important position, but generally speaking the developments of training are not so good enough. There are still some problems. The training lacks of focalization and actual effect ,and its results can not be guaranted. It is the problem that we want to solve here. First of all the thesis introduces the background, then it advances the realistic meaning to research the training. It explains the training is important to develop the youth talent and Hubei. Then it expounds the nucleus content of the training theory such as concept, purpose, principle and system model to sustain the research. Then it introduces the experiences of the training in some companies at home and abroad, and a good deal of enlightenment is gained from the experiences. Secondly, the thesis introduces the status of youth talent and the training actuality in Hubei. Based on the quantities and facts from the investigations, it finds the main problems existing and analyzes the requirements of the youth talent. Afterwards some idiographic measures are brought forwards: setting up a social system , actualizing different training for different youth talent to suffice their needs, innovating the contents and methods to boost up pertinence and effects, In the end it puts forward some suggestion about how to perfect the training of youth talent in the future, including to build up a scientific idea and implement ability training, to establish a special organization to manage every process, to upbuild evaluation system of customers to improve the training quality, to promot the establishment of learning organization and learning society through the training of youth talent.
