Analysis On New Farmers Training And The Farmers’ Income Growth Correlation

Production development, life well-off, countryside civilization, village neatly, management democracy" are the new rural development goals, and the new rural construction and development cannot separate from the farmers. Farmers are the main body of the agricultural production and are the important carriers of the transformation of agricultural science and technology. Farmers’quality of science and technology culture directly decides the development level of agricultural productive forces. At present, an average of China’s farmers’education years is less than7years.among the rural labor forces, primary education and illiteracy and semiliterate accounted for4.0.31%, and junior middle school cultural degree occupied48.07%, while high school degree only accounted for11.62%. The rural labor forces who accept systematic agricultural professional education occupied less than5%. This low cultural quality could not cope with the new technology revolution of agriculture and the challenge of global economic integration. According to the national bureau of statistics and the relevant investigation, the income of the peasants had a direct ratio with their science and technology culture quality level. At present, our country farmers had very low overall quality, such as low transfer ability of science and technology, low ability for high income or richness, which had become a restriction factor for the new rural construction, which requires us to not only rely on industrial development on farmers the agricultural practical technical training and vocational skills training, and at the same time actively guide and educate farmers with knowledge on law, and make them improve self-cultivation and advocate science and amend the custom, so that they can become the new type of farmers with "culture, technology and management". In order to advance the industrial structure adjustment, and speed up the agriculture industrialization process, increasing the farmers’ income with intellectual support and talent guarantee and training new farmers are an important content of the construction of socialist new countryside. It is the prerequisite and basis of application of science and technology development of modern agriculture. It is also a necessary way to use the rules to promote the rural market economy.
