| The principal professional development is an important research topic inthe field of preschool education。Reforms in the field of preschool education cannot only reflect the overall level of China’s education reform but also is directlyrelated to the happiness of thousands of households and the future developmentof our motherland.Therefore,probeing some problems about the principalprofessional development has important theory value and practicalsignificance.This paper mainly use the case study method to narrate theprincipal’s professional development course and analysis the internal andexternal factors affacting the professional development process. On thisbasis,we can provide practical reference for other principals and preschoolteachers.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly introduced the reasonwhy I selected this topic,the research purpose and significance of thisstudy,literature review,definition of key concepts,research methods and processand so on.The second part is a review of principal W’s professional developmentprocess.I used the narrative description to depict the specific experince in theprocess of her professional development by pre-service session〠in-servicesessionã€the growth session and the maturation stage respectively.The third part is the analysis of factors affecting W director’s professionaldevelopment.I summarize and analyze factors affecting director W’sprofessional development from the two aspects,internal causes and externalcauses.The fourth part is some thinking about countermeasures how to accelerateprincipals’ professional development.Through summary and reflection,I put forward some countermeasures promoting the professional development ofkindergarten principals,in order to provide experience reference for otherprincipals and preschool teachers. |
