Reading teaching is the basic content of high school Chinese teaching, to the success of high school Chinese teaching, in high school is very important. But as an important part of high school Chinese classroom teaching, reading teaching in the language classroom closed for a long time always have little effect. The importance of the Chinese reading teaching, the problems existing in the reading teaching, the language new curriculum standard requirements are in calling upon the personalized reading which is the advanced teaching idea. Individualized reading is based on students’ reading activities as the main body, however the personalized reading teaching is the student and teacher interaction activity, contains both the students’ individuation reading, also included take teachers as the main body of a series of individuation reading ability in order to improve the students for the purpose of reading teaching activities, in addition, high school students reading ability than junior high school has improved, but still in a mature state, reading in the classroom for teachers still have a lot of dependencies, so teachers in high school Chinese reading teaching occupies a major position. Therefore, to teachers and students as the research object, this paper attempts to explore from the perspective of teachers high school Chinese individuation reading teaching.This article takes the principle of combining theory and practice, first of all the related concepts and theoretical basis of personalized reading teaching are analyzed, and consolidate the theoretical basis for the smooth of the article. Then for a line of high school language teacher and high school students has carried on the questionnaire survey, through the analysis of relevant literature and questionnaire of teachers and students, analysis the problems existing in the current high school Chinese reading teaching and attribution analysis was carried out from the reading teaching preparation before class and reading teaching classroom organization two big aspects. On this basis, put forward the optimization strategy of Chinese individuation reading teaching in high school teaching, and personalized reading teaching of teacher, the author analyses the teaching design and teaching activity, which is the specific combination of theory and practice.At present, the personalized reading teaching has generally implemented in high school, but also appeared some problems in the process of reading teaching. How to make the high school language the implementation of personalized reading teaching to achieve the ideal effect, improve the classroom efficiency of high school Chinese reading teaching, develops the student individuality, cultivate innovative talents, we need to summarize unceasingly in the teaching practice, constantly perfect.
