In recent years, the development of information technology seriously impacts the education sector, students acquire knowledge not only from classroom instruction, but also from the Internet most of the time. In order to adapt to the development of society, schools are using information technology to promote educational reform,and focu on capacity and quality. Though teaching mode with teaching guide achieves a dominant position of students to some extent, but it’s basically confined students learning to the book, and it’s not conducive to the depth of student learning. Micro course in education, helps students’ self-learning especially for heavy and difficult to learn in the physical disciplines, but because of the constraints of economic development and school hardware devices, it is difficult to realize that each student has a smart terminal conditions. I tried to apply to micro course before class, and combine with it and school’s original learning guide teaching mode, propose an improved optimized teaching model, namely high school physics class teaching mode learning guide with microcourse, to improve students’ self-learning efficiency and promote common development of teachers and students to make learning becomes more efficiently,In this paper, I study abroad typical as flipped classroom teaching, domestic micro-curriculum teaching and learning guide teaching model, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of various models, then combine with learning guide and micro course, and proposed an optimized high school physics teaching mode. In this mode, teachers need to prepare learning guide and micro course before class, students independently preview new courses based on learning guide and micro course, and then complete self-study tasks; in classroom teaching, teacher organize students cooperate learning, communication, display and summary base on students’ self-learning, then complete internalization of knowledge. Then I study high school physics concepts and laws of teaaching prictice with improved teaching mode using case study method; after practice, I analyse students’ learning and test scores using questionnaires and interviews and other methods, summarize advantages and disadvantages of teaching mode in teaching practice, and make some improvements. After a semester of teaching practice, students’ self-learning ability, explore ability, cooperation and learning efficiency have been significantly improved,this shows that optimized teaching model is feasible.
