With the rapid development of information technology in education, information technology has not only changed the way people live and work, but also has brought great challenges in the field of education. Flipped Classroom has flipped the teaching knowledge and knowledge internalization of the traditional classroom teaching process. Teachers provide learning resources for learners and learners independently complete the learning task before class. Teachers and students spent a lot of time communicating in the classroom. In the classroom, by collaboration, discussion, answering questions and other activities, learners have deep understanding of the knowledge. Flipped classroom provides an opportunity for reforming of the vocational classroom and provides solutions for changing the current situation of the vocational education.We understand the connotation, origin and development of flipped classroom model, and the domestic and foreign research present situation of the flipped classroom model by the literature research. Taking "Computer Application Foundation" course as an example, we need have deep understanding of the nature and orientation of courses, curriculum goal and curriculum content, combining with the specific features of the course and learning characteristics of learners. Under the guidance of constructivism theory, mastery learning theory and the learning theory of cooperation, the study has designed the teaching process. Through the specific design of the preparation of pre-class stage, communication and organization of classroom stage, summary and reflection of after-school stage, applying flipped classroom model to "Computer Application Foundation" Course. Then, the study analyses the typical cases to illustrate the implementation process of flipped classroom teaching mode applied in "Computer Application Foundation" course. Through the questionnaire survey method, observation method and the experimental study method, exploring the application effect of flipped classroom applied in "Computer Application Foundation" course. Finally, making a summary on the advantages and disadvantages of the application of flipped classroom in "computer application foundation" course, and making prospects outlook on flipped classroom.This study changes the traditional teaching mode of Higher Vocational, intending to implementation of flipped classroom to promote the development of personalized, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and improve the effective interaction in teaching. Thus changing the teaching present situation of "Computer Application Foundation" Course, and providing reference for the teaching reform of "Computer Application Foundation" course, improving the quality of teaching and cultivating creative talent.
