A long-range development plan should base on education. An education plan should be based on teacher. Young teachers are the main power of the teachers and the new force of it, whose growth has great impact on the rapid development of modern education. What kind of education quality and professional ethics should young teachers have? How young teachers solve their problems in teaching work and daily life? What does the young teachers can lead to students? These problems make me can’t help think of young teachers’ personality charm. Russian educator Ushinski have said "in the education work, everything should be based on teachers’ personality, because the power of education only come from the source of personality, no any rules or regulations, any artificial organs can replace the role of teachers’ personality in education career no matter how clever the idea is."China’s education sparkplug quality-oriented education, but in fact many schools carry out the exam-oriented education while claiming to be quality education due to slack off or not be able to Change the consciousness. In this case, the main force, young teachers have an open mind and are easy to shape, energetic, ambitious, they can rally contribute to the implementation of quality-oriented education. If you want to let the young teachers play their role, we need to call for young teachers to develop their personality, give play to their own personality charm.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is by inquiring the journals and related study journal online to understand the research status at home and abroad in recent years, then get the related research review, combined with their own ideas and experience determine their direction, meaning and purpose in research. The second part is about the analysis and the discussion on the connotation and the characteristics of young teachers’ personality charm, which main show the specific content and requirements of young teachers’ personality charm. The third part explores the role of young teachers’ personality charm. Firstly a growing role for students including the promotion of teaching effect of young teachers personality charm, playing a role of edification for students to develop good moral character, promoting the formation of students’ outlook on life, world and values, playing the role of guiding students’ quality education. Secondly the role to the young teachers’ career and life including making teachers’ ability rising steadily and making their life better. The fourth part through several concrete case study analyze several factors in formation of young teacher’s personality charm. They include the students’ influence for young teachers personality charm as the main body of a conscious, the influence of the external environment impact on young teacher’s personality charm. Young teachers should strengthen self-cultivation, improve personal charm. The writer hope that this article can offer some help and advice for readers.
