As the national ministry of education puts forward some standard for primary and secondary school teachers’information technology ability, our country as a whole started to pay attention to teachers’information technology application ability. Along with the rapid development of multimedia technology and the ministry of education of some standard gradually improving, some experts and scholars began to use the network to platform construction case repository.However,the case database system which aims to promote information technology application ability is very scarce, so in order to preferably promote teachers’professional development and improve the future teachers’information technology application ability, building a online case database system that can put forward teachers’information technology application ability are of great significance.This paper first expounds the important meaning of the construction of the case database system and the research status at home and abroad, and summarizes the experience and look for which need to be improved. According to 2014 primary and middle schools teacher information technology ability training standards and the actual needs of teachers, this paper establishes a detailed design scheme and gradually realizes the system function of each module. The main work is as follows:First:education resources classification and organization methods research. By viewing the education information resources organization standard and the network information resources standard and so on, this paper puts forward the standardizing case resources platform; On the bases of coherent and classification clear, rationally organize resources and ensure clear and convenient retrieval.Second:the design of system function module. According to the related standard and strategy, design a convenient, richness and diversity of case base system, and make the detailed demand analysis, function analysis, interface design and database design.Third:Realize and test this case system the function of each module.The feature of this paper lies in:through detailed classification of the case, determine the organizational strategy training-object-subject-resource format, and the strategy is applied to the case library system resource; construct the case base for the application of information technology capabilities, integrate lots of resources and realize the function that used organization strategy of resources by the positioning of the case.
