Along with the information technology and network technology rapid development,China’s education information also obtained fast development. In2010, China promulgatedthe "national long-term education reform and development plan outline"(2010-2020), andfurther emphasize the teachers’ professional level and improve the teaching ability ofsignificance. As the rural population in our country the vast majority of agricultural country,present countryside elementary school information technology teachers professionaldevelopment for relative to the town there are more questions, further inflaming the urbanand rural education unfair phenomena. Therefore, the development of China’s rural teachersalso has always been concerned.This paper mainly through questionnaire, interview investigation and literature researchmethod, respectively from the "teacher professional development is the teacher professionaldevelopment process""teachers’ professional development is to promote the process ofteacher professional development" two to teachers’ professional development to summarizethe connotation, and then through a lot of literature reading, the existing relevant informationtechnology teachers’ professional development, the paper summarized the research content.The existing research found that related to information technology teachers’ professionaldevelopment present situation, the professional development strategy and the way of thestudy, the design of the structure of teacher training, teacher professional d evelopment existsin the puzzles and faith reconstruction, teachers’ professional identity, etc. And on this basisto the information technology teachers’ professional development, the current research of thepreliminary summary and reviewed in this paper. The author in this understanding, and on thebasis of through the questionnaire and interview some of the rural areas in jilin province ofprimary school teachers’ professional informatio n technology development survey. Thesurvey found, the countryside elementary school teachers of their information technologyprofessional satisfaction and is not very high, self consciousness and professionaldevelopment is not strong, this and the countryside elementary school teachers’ informationtechnology strong ego professional development needs to be contradictory. In addition, thecountryside elementary school teachers in information technology, on the whole, theeducation idea with flexible advanced, its subject knowledge and skills in the knowledgestructure has an absolute advantage, psychology and pedagogy knowledge to be expanding, alack of knowledge. And in capability, the countryside elementary school teachers’ informationtechnology management ability, communication skills are more optimistic, education is aneed to further improve the research ability. Later, through the data statistics and analysis of information technology for rural elementary school teacher professional development presentsituation and influence factors were discussed, based on this sums up the rural elementaryschool teachers’ professional development of information technology, the problems inprofessional development motive is not strong, to their professional development of networkresources and insufficient knowledge of professional development way, not a single, lack ofcommunication and cooperation, and the professional development of poor, educationresearch ability support to strengthen, etc. For the problems found, the author puts forwardthe information technology to promote rural elementary school teacher consciously use ofnetwork resources, reduce the countryside elementary school teachers’ informationtechnology academic pressure, strengthen the countryside elementary school teachers’information technology cooperation between the exchange of a number of promoting therural elementary school information technology of teachers’ professional developmentcountermeasures. Finally, in order to verify the feasibility of the proposed strategy andimplementation effect, the author in the questionnaire survey before a second survey ofteachers, the implementation of the strategy of this effect is analyzed.
