The development of the country cannot leave the education. The improvement of national quality more depends on education, the key of the education is teacher, the role of teacher should not be ignored, Nowadays, the education of urban schools had a series of development, however, the education in rural schools becoming even more difficult.In view of the lack of teachers in poor areas,China had begun to implement the " special post plan" in the western region in 2006, The essence to improve the quality of rural education, and add kinds of subject teachers such as rural sports teachers, music teachers, art teachers, and so on.since 2009, the " special post plan" had expanded to the focus counties which get the poverty alleviation and development policy from nation, scope of implementation is mainly in the Midwest, Henan province, as a big province of central China, with a large population in the country, begun to implement the " special post plan" since 2009. Physical education is an important part of the development of the national education,pay attention to youngsters’ and children’s healthy and growth, putting their faith in next generation, attach great importance to the development of rural sports education is very important. Although in view of the special circumstances of rural areas, China implemented the " special post plan", attracting outstanding college students to the countryside, but appeared a phenomenon that "attract but cannot keep talents, teachers teams lack of stability", The sports special post teachers as a member of the teachers group, even more difficult.This article which takes Xinyang of Henan province as an example, studies the stability of sports special post teachers team,using the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, interview method, mathematical statistics. And the study takes the 220 rural sports special post teachers as the research object which come from Huaibin, Xi county, Shangcheng,Xin county of Xinyang.From the investigation of the personal basic situation, working life, teaching at school, teachers training and stable situation of sports special post teachers, We can draw the conclusions:first, sports special post teachers’professional identity is low, and their flow will is large. Besides the career choice of sports special post teachers is uncertainly in the future;second, the workload of sports special post teachers is big, and their job satisfaction is low;third, the life conditions of sports special post teachers are embarrassed. What’s more, their life satisfaction and life adaptability is low;fourth, the development of professional for sports special post teachers is facing a dilemma;fifth, the stability of sports special post teachers teams is also influenced by marital status.This article put forward suggestions:from the sports special post teachers’own level:they should be correct in motivation, strengthen professional identity, improve their own ability and meet various challenges.From the school level, the school should improve sports special post teachers’job satisfaction, pay attention to sports special post teachers’professional development and establish tutor system.From the relevant policy level:it is necessary to intensify propaganda to improve the social status of sports special post teachers; necessary to enhance their life satisfaction; necessary to gradually improve sports special post teacher training system.
