The biology curriculum standard of regular senior secondary school(TEST) was published officially in 2003,the biology curriculum standard pointing out the education directions, that were improving the students` biology science literacy, advocating inquiry learning, paying attention to the connection between biological sciences and the life of people. At the same time, the standard stated the three-dimensional object of biological teaching. Under the influence of the theory “teachers be researchers” and promoting the revolution of our education, mid-school biology teachers were trying to innovate teaching methods with the new concept of new curriculum reform.This study base on helping students` progress, promoting the skill of biology teacher studied the professional practice of biology teachers. It was a long time for the process of professional practice, so as to teachers contacting with students. The professional practice of biology teachers was the most important link for the relation between teachers and students. If the teachers` professional degree is higher, the more conducive to the long-term development of the students. But in reality, the mid-school biology teachers` professional practice on-the-job training is relatively week. In addition, many mid-school biology teachers was less active in professional practice. Although our high school biology curriculum standard has been issued more than ten years, but a lot of school biology teacher’s teaching method still is given priority to the traditional teaching of the spoon-feed, this way is difficult to promote the middle school students in science inquiry ability,the development of social responsibility and positive values. Under this background, the author studied the school biology teachers’ professional practice, in order to make the school biology teachers’ professional quality meet with school biology curriculum standard required by the professional level.Case analysis method was used in this research, and divide it into two aspects which is the case analysis in teaching and case analysis by interviewing. It is helpful to realize the problems which the mid-school biology teacher would make in the teaching practice and the different performance in the teaching practice, also could improve the strategy of mid-school biology teachers` professional practice ability by analyzing the specific lesson plans.There are several aspects included the teaching consciousness, independent learning, teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching reflection, which are relevant to the mid-school biology teachers` professional practice ability directly. This paper hopes to promote our midschool biology teachers` ability in terms of professional practice more professionally by analyzing the specific lesson plans in those aspects to provide the better education which is more accord to the new curriculum for our mid-school students. This research also aims to cultivate talents with innovative, creative ability and comprehensive quality for our country.
