Abstract: The new round of the basic education curriculum reform is thelarge-scale education reform which did a deep analysis to our country traditioneducational' shortage, and aim to raise the civil character. Whether the New course'scan carry out smoothly is the key that the our country education for all-rounddevelopment can promote, the teacher is a curriculum direct performance. Teacher'squality has already become one of the key factors of the success of the reform of basiceducation curriculum to a certain extent, so face the various variety the new curriculumputs forward and the new challenge to teacher, the curriculum reform of basic educationcalls high-quality teachers. This needs us to pay attention to the teacher education.Teacher education involves the pre-service education and the after-the-job education,the after-the-job education is a kind of development method for rectifying, we shouldpay attention to the pre-service education to solve the problem of teacher's quality formthe source. The target of the teacher education is to train the qualified teachers forfoundation education, the guidebook of development should be foundation education'srequest to teacher. However, the teacher education of our country put very few attentionto the new curriculum reform of the foundation education, both are even in need ofdialogue and communicate, with in the result that appear to split. Although it has gettingthe concern of the educational circles, studying main concentration at the constitution ofeducation course and public course, the research of the academics profession course isfew. However the writer think, the construction which strengthens academics professioncourse can be good to promote the exaltation of teacher's character.The launch of this research which aims at the biology course of the foundationeducation Curriculum reform to put forward the challenge to the teachers educationprofessional course. Mainly including the following three parts:The first part, first from the new biology curriculum's new principle, new teachingmaterial, new teaching method etc. aspect, to discussed the variety of the biologyteaching under the new biology curriculum. Subsequently discussed these new changedhave a further request to the biology teacher on their educate principle, knowledge level and professional technical ability and emotions. Putting forward the new curriculumneeds the high quality biology teacher.The second part, to raise the teacher's quality we have to pay attention to teachereducation. Teacher education involves the pre-service education and the after-the-jobeducation, but wants to resolve a teacher's quality problem by the root should payattention to the pre-service education. This part is mainly talking about the curriculumconstitution condition of teacher education and the scholars' research condition of thecurrently problem, put out the study blind area for the academics profession curriculum,put forward the possibility and the necessity which passes the academics professionalcourse to show the teacher education's specialfeatures and trains the tall characterteacher whom the new course needs also. Combine the teacher education's biologyacademics professional curriculum constitution of Shaanxi province, pointed out someexistent problems in the current biology academics professional curriculum constitution.The third part, mainly is aim at the existent problem of biology academicsprofessional curriculum, being from the aspects, such as the academics professionalcourse constitution, course structure; content ofcourse; teachingmethod and experimentteaching...etc, put forward the solution, and promise the biology academics curriculumcan adapt to the high request of the new curriculum biology teacher promise the newbiology curriculum implement smoothly.
